In Western Europe by PostNL, BPost, Collisimo, DPD and Mondial Relay. In Southern Europe by Correos. In Great Britain, Ireland by Yodel, Royal Mail, GLS.
There are infeeds for Russia and Ukraine, for optimal service via Berlin. Of course, worldwide carriers such as UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL and SF Express can also deliver your shipment in the local countries.
