Shipping process via Parcel International
When a customer places an order in your webshop, the customer’s data is sent directly to our shipping system thanks to an API connection. Then, we immediately start working for you! We pick up the order, label the package, inform the customer by e-mail and ensure a lightning-fast delivery. Your job in this process? Sit back and relax!
Options for delivery
When placing the order, the customer chooses the requested delivery: home delivery, delivery to a pickup point or delivery to a locker which is accessible 24/7. Thanks to the track & trace system, both you and the customer can check the real time status.
Type of carriers
As a webshop, you have two options in the partnership with Parcel International. Either you let your customer choose from a number of carriers or you let us select the carrier. With the second option, we determine per shipment which carrier has the fastest and cheapest delivery.
How does this work? We give you an example:
You wish to ship from Woocommerce or Shopify from The Netherlands to France. Then you can work with carriers you know from the Netherlands, such as DHL, PostNL, TNT, DPD, GLS and FedEx. However, Parcel International also looks at local parties like Colissimo, Colis Privé, Mondial Relay or Chronopost. These parties are specialized in delivery to French consumers with evening delivery and deliveries to a pick-up point or locker.
Costs for webshops
For shipping, you pay the standard price from the selected carrier. Do we pick up the shipment at your place? Then each time, you will pay a pick-up fee.

Number of parcels
All webshops -large or small- can use our webshop shipping service. No minimum quantity is required. However, we have additional benefits for webshops that send multiple packages per day. Think of the number of pick-up moments per day, the rates and the possibility to schedule an evening pick-up.
API connection for webshops
In order to make an integration with your webshop, we need the API key. Shopify and Woocommerce each have their own API. For other platforms you can use the standard API for web shops. The API connections of Woocommerce and Shopify are fully integrated into Parcel International's system.
